The late John E. McGrady was a respected civic and political leader. During his tenure as an Allegheny County Commissioner, McGrady fought for the development of mass transit, the construction of Three Rivers Stadium, and the development of the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC).

John McGrady, a Lawrenceville native, was also highly involved with the Catholic Youth Association. Members of the McGrady family have served as board members of the Catholic Youth Association for over 40 years.

CYA's s Story

The Catholic Youth Association is one of my favorite charities. They do tremendous work. They help children. They help seniors. They help anyone in need. They operate quietly and effeciently. Please support them by attending my dinner. The event honors people for important contributions to the community. Thank you for your support.
